Hotel de Ville Cap Ferrat

The “Hôtel de ville” Club will open its doors in the spring of 2020 and will be the only modern private club for private members on the French Riviera! The goal is to make Villa Malou a London-style club in the heart of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, where international members can meet, work, relax and have fun during the season. Out of season, the club will open its doors and dedicate its activities mainly to the elderly of the town in order to bring them openness and entertainment! The “Hôtel de Ville” Club will be managed as an association in order to best respect the wishes of Marie Louise Sabatier with regard to the elderly and to be able to meet the maintenance costs of this little architectural gem that is Villa Malou. It is a real doll’s house with Belle Epoque charm from the 20th century, with a cream-colored facade covered with reliefs, rounded shapes and surrounded by sumptuous colonnades, located on the heights of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat and which could become the showcase of Saint Jean Cap Ferrat internationally.
